Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Notist mobile application ("App") operated by GroundZero Solution ("we", "us", or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Notist is a note-taking application that allows you to capture, organize, and manage your personal notes. Features include text note creation, color-coded organization, tagging, search, archive, and customizable settings including theme, language, and security options.

3. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. User Content

  • You retain full ownership of all notes, text, and content you create within the App ("User Content").
  • You are solely responsible for the content you create and store in the App.
  • We do not claim any ownership rights over your User Content.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App services (e.g., syncing, backup).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Store or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality or servers
  • Circumvent any security features of the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, graphics, icons, and branding, is owned by GroundZero Solution and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written permission.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. App Updates

We may release updates to the App from time to time. These updates may include bug fixes, new features, or security improvements. We recommend keeping the App updated to the latest version for the best experience and security.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GroundZero Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by other reasonable means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
