1. Ownership

The Notist application, including all its content, features, functionality, design, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, text, and software, is the exclusive property of GroundZero Solution and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2. Trademarks

"Notist", the Notist logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of GroundZero Solution. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the App are the trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the notes, text, and other content you create within the App. We do not claim copyright or any other intellectual property rights over User Content created by you.

4. Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these terms. This license does not include:

Modifying, copying, or distributing any part of the App
Using the App's design, layout, or look and feel for any other product or service
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
Removing any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the App
Using any automated means to access, scrape, or extract data from the App

5. Copyright Infringement

If you believe that any content on the App infringes your copyright, please notify us with the following information:

A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
A description of where the allegedly infringing material is located within the App
Your contact information (name, address, email, phone number)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
Your physical or electronic signature

6. Third-Party Content

The App may include third-party open-source software components, each subject to its own license terms. A list of third-party components and their respective licenses is available within the App settings.

7. Enforcement

We take copyright protection seriously. Unauthorized use of our copyrighted materials may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. We actively monitor for unauthorized use and will take appropriate legal action to protect our intellectual property rights.
